U8's
First session of the new season is always a bit rusty. So the focus is getting warmed up and remembering how to catch and handle the rugby ball.

Games such as:

• 'Count your passes'
• 'Merry go round'
• 'Support the ball carrier'

Then move into a TAG game - especially as now that U8 play 6-a-side on a larger pitch from last season in U7.

End with the usual huddle circle and player of the day.
