Welcome to the Farnborough RUFC Mini's Remembrance Festival for mixed ability players 2022.
We are delighted to be sending you this information pack to enable you to prepare your teams.

MIXED ABILITY
This festival is about providing players of all levels the opportunity to experience competitive rugby
and the thrill of a festival whilst in a safe environment against peers of similar levels. We therefore
ask the coaches to maintain the spirit of rugby and use this opportunity to pick a team made up of
players with varying abilities and not just playing your strongest team. It should also be noted that,
for contact age groups, fielding an 'A' standard team when all the others are to a lower standard can
be a very ‘real’ child protection and safety issue and we ask you to respect the other clubs by
entering into the spirit of this properly.
