We know that recent events and changes to our ‘normal’ routines have been disrupted a lot this year. We have all had to manage these changes as best we can, from learning to home school children, to coping with not seeing friends and family regularly and being worried about the health of those we care about.
As a club we are committed to supporting our rugby family, not just on the pitch during training but by being able to reach out and say to you that we are here to help. Sometimes, it’s about knowing where to go for support and being able to ask the right people and below there is a list of services and support groups that may be useful for those who need it. We are aware that this is not a comprehensive list and that there are other services, we may not have thought of. We would like to think this is a starting point and a way to open up further conversations for us all when we need some help.
