2025-26 Membership Subscriptions

Chris Westall14 Oct - 14:38

Please pay your membership fees

We're now over a month into the new season and hopefully all the children are enjoying their rugby. What that also means is that for all returning players, and new joiners at the start of the season, your membership fees are now due. Just over two-thirds of our players already have a 2025-26 membership, so if your kids do, many thanks! If not, please enroll now!

The membership subscriptions are the club's primary source of income for the year. Without it, we simply cannot operate the club. It covers coaching course fees, meals after games, training equipment, first aid supplies, maintenance, RFU registration fees & insurance, and very long list of other costs that we need to cover to support all 16 age-grade teams training & playing every week for nearly 9 months. We work hard to keep those costs to a minimum, as we want to keep our membership fees as low as we can. We never want the cost to be a barrier to participation and we want to see the club grow as much as possible, so everyone can enjoy being part of Eastleigh Pirates. What it doesn't cover is any payment to our coaches or other volunteers, as all 100+ give their time & commitment completely free of charge.

If you haven't already paid, please go online and purchase your child's membership for 2025-26 via our website, here: https://www.eastleighpiratesrfc.com/payments/category/membership

The cost is £90 for the first child, and £50 for any subsequent children in the same household/family. You can either pay by card, or split the cost into 3 Direct Debit installments. New this year, you can also choose to include a £10 donation to the club in your membership payment, so we can raise additional funds to invest back into the club.

If you have difficulty affording the membership fee, please speak to your team manager in the first instance, or directly to the club chair or treasurer. We can offer support where needed.
