Thank you for all of your effort that enabled your players, parents and fellow coaches to participate in the St George’s Tag Rugby Cup this weekend.

I hope that the experience that everyone from within your party had was a positive one, regardless of the results during the festival, or at Twickenham itself.

There was some brilliant Tag Rugby played throughout the day, as well as a great attitude being displayed by everyone involved. Please pass on my thanks to those within your groups for demonstrating such a good attitude – it certainly helped the event staff to concentrate on their jobs better, and created a great environment in which to work.

Congratulations to everyone who won trophies, and to Guildfordians Rugby, Windsor Knights, Rosslyn Park Ripleys and Rhiwbina Grey Squirrels who got to play at Half time in front of 38,000 people.

In order to develop our product further, it is important that we gather as much feedback as possible. As such, I have attached a short feedback questionnaire for you. Please can you spend a few moments completing and returning it to me, so that we can enhance our work as much as possible.

Finally, whilst it is a slightly depressing thought to be looking towards the start of next season, the annual London Double Header Festival of Rugby will be taking place on 3rd September 2011, before the London Double Header which will see London Wasps join London Irish, Harlequins and Saracens in the season opener at Twickenham. The festival offers a Tag Rugby festival for Under 8s and Under 9s (based on 2011-2012 age groups), and rugby coaching for Under 10s, 11s and 12s.

Details are yet to be confirmed, however, if you would like to receive more information once it is available, please let me know and I will take a note of your details so that I can send it to you directly when I get it.
